Luis García Guerrero (Guanajuato, 1921 - Ciudad de México, 1996) fue un destacado artista plástico y muralista mexicano, conocido por su contribución al arte en México durante el siglo XX. Desde joven mostró interés por el arte y la pintura, lo que lo llevó a estudiar en la Academia de San Carlos.

A lo largo de su carrera, García Guerrero se destacó en la creación de murales, donde plasmó su compromiso con la identidad mexicana y la historia del país. Su obra se caracteriza por un estilo que combina el realismo con elementos expresionistas, utilizando una paleta de colores vibrantes y composiciones dinámicas.
